What I’m About
Welcome, My name is Roch Cote.
I have created this website, blog and podcast to share my ideas on growth and masculinity. Specifically for young men like myself. This is a way for me to evolve. A way to keep myself accountable. To create a group of like minded individuals on the path to self improvement and figuring out who we are.
I don’t have all the answers, or very many of them for that matter. I wont pretend that I do. But I do have a set of experiences and perspectives that I can share.
I have a desire to improve myself and find some of those answers on this journey. I think you probably do too.
